Once you are in the Club Ultimate section, and if Club Ultimate Breezz is active in your apartment complex, select the ‘Buy’ button on the Breezz card, choose your preferred pick-up and delivery days, and pay the security deposit online. Once confirmed, our team will schedule the delivery of your trolleys and service wraps.
Currently, Breezz is available in select pre-approved residential complexes. If you want it in your community, contact our customer support team or hit the ‘I’m Interested’ button on the app.
If Club Ultimate Breezz is not yet available in your apartment complex, you can express your interest by clicking the ‘I’m Interested’ button on the LaundryMate app. Once we receive enough interest from your community, our team will reach out to explore launching Breezz in your apartment complex!
After subscribing to ClubUltimate Breezz, you will receive two secure, lockable trolleys for your laundry. On your scheduled pick-up days, place your sorted laundry in the designated trolley sections, lock it, and attach it to your door handle. Our team will pick it up between 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, and your previous order will be delivered at the same time. To know more watch the full video.
Pick-ups and deliveries happen between 09:30AM and 12:30PM. When we pick up your new order, we also deliver your previous order at the same time, ensuring a seamless experience.
A blank pick-up order is auto-generated at 1 PM on on the previous day of the selected pick up day. You must add at least one item between 1 PM and 10 PM, on the previous day, to confirm the pick-up of your order. You can continue editing the order with the exact items and details until 9:30 AM on the day of the pickup.
Use the four provided service wraps to sort your clothes by service (Wash+Fold, Wash+Iron, Steam Iron, and Dry Clean). Place the wraps inside the trolley, lock it, and attach it securely to your door handle, or hand it over the Customer Experience Associate between 09:30, AM and 12:30PM on the pickup day.
The security pin or combination lock details for your trolley will be available in the ‘My Profile’ section of the LaundryMate app.
If you do not confirm your pick-up by adding at least one item by 10 PM on the previous day, your order will be automatically canceled without a cancellation charge. If you forget to click “Ready for Pick-up” by 9:30AM on the day of your pickup, your order will be canceled with a small cancellation fee, and the next scheduled pick-up will proceed as usual.
You can edit your order from 1PM on the day prior to the pickup, till 9:30AM on the day of the scheduled pick-up of your ClubUltimate Breezz order. However, once you click “Ready for Pick-up,” no further changes can be made. If needed, you can cancel your order before 10PM on the previous day, without any cancellation charges.
Yes! Existing Club Ultimate members can switch by cancelling their current plan and signing up for Club Ultimate Breezz through the LaundryMate app. A security deposit is required.
