How do I subscribe to Club Ultimate?

Tap on the Membership icon in the bottom menu of the LaundryMate App, toggle to ClubUltimate. Choose your preferred plan based on the number of pickups you require. Enter your email and select your pickup address. Pick your laundry pickup days and slot. Confirm details and make the payment.

How do automated laundry pickups work?

A new order is automatically generated based on your selected pickup days and slots.

Slot-1: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM the automated order is created at 10:30 PM the previous night

Slot-2: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM the automated order is created at 10:30 PM the previous night

Slot-3: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM the automated order is created at 1:00 PM on the same day

Slot-4: 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM the automated order is created at 1:00 PM on the same day

Do I need to add items to my order manually?

No, you don’t need to! Your automated order will show zero items until we pick up and inspect your laundry. After inspection at our end, you will receive a notification with the final order details including the items and price.

How do I make a payment for my order?

Once your laundry is inspected and processed, a payout button will appear on the app’s home screen. Simply tap and pay securely.

What if I’m not available for a scheduled pickup?

If you are not available on your pickup day(s), you can simply click the ‘Pause next pickup’ button under the ClubUltimate subscription section card on the app dashboard.

If you are not available during a specific duration of your ClubUltimate subscription plan, you can simply click the ‘Pause plan’ button in the Membership section of the app. Through this, you will be able to select a duration for which you want to pause your active ClubUltimate subscription plan.

What happens if I ‘Pause’ my ClubUltimate subscription plan?

When you ‘Pause’ your ClubUltimate subscription plan, your plan will restart on the date you have selected. It will continue to run for the duration of the length of the subscription, excluding the duration for which it was paused.

Club Ultimate members earn exclusive cashback on their laundry spends. The cashback is credited to your LaundryMate Wallet by the 5th of the following month, which can be used for future orders.

Customers who have purchased any of the ClubUltimate Subscription plans, are eligible for monthly cashbacks.

  • Monthly laundry billing below ₹5000: No cashback
  • Monthly laundry billing between ₹5,000 - ₹9,999: Get 3% cashback in LaundryMate Wallet
  • Monthly laundry billing above ₹10,000: Get 5% cashback in LaundryMate Wallet

Can I cancel my ClubUltimate subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from the ClubUltimate section in the app. However, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of your subscription plan on a pro-rata basis. The refund will be issued into your LaundryMate Wallet.

If you’re an existing ClubUltimate member and want to switch to ClubUltimate Breezz, simply cancel your current subscription and sign up for Breezzz by paying the required security deposit. Refund of your ClubUltimate Plan will be completed into your LaundryMate Wallet on a pro-rata basis.
