We use Locus which is a routing algorithm for generating pickup & delivery routes for last mile delivery to the customers. These routes are then downloaded on our delivery app to do the deliveries and Locus SDK on the phone used by riders helps us track the location of the rider. Locus needs to know the path being followed by the rider. Location information of the rider will be used to send relevant updates to the end customer.
