How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Sign up" link in the app or at the top right corner of the website homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.

Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration is absolutely free!

Do I have to necessarily register to use services of Laundrymate.in?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered users will be able to place orders. Registered users have to be logged in at the time of placing the orders, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Can I have multiple registrations?
Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one account. You can have multiple registrations using different phone numbers

What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in Laundrymate.in. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your profile details.

Do I have to set any password?
No we use OTP based authentication of the customer to login and during the Sign in flow an OTP can be generated at any time by entering the registered phone number

What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order using the following modes of payments:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Online payment using Internet Banking or Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard)
  • UPI Payments
  • 3rd party Wallets


Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is service tax added to the invoice?

  • Prices shown are inclusive of GST and there are no other service taxes.
  • Since the implementation of GST by Government of India from 1st July 2017, as per regime it is mandatory to charge GST on Services. Hence appropriate GST is included in the prices and the breakup of GST and service charges excluding GST is shown in the Order summary & invoices.


Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Laundrymate.in?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on Laundrymate.in. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online users while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online payment safer

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay in cash for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to clean all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.

Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done adding your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher / coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

How can I schedule a pick up & when will I receive my delivery?
After logging in Click on “Place an Order or Add items” and select the pickup & delivery slots after selecting your articles for each type of service. Your order will be picked up & delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you.

How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of e-vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our app/website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Edit My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

What are the delivery charges?

  • If order amount is lesser than (<) ₹250, delivery charge is ₹75
  • If order amount is between than (>) ₹250-₹499, delivery charge is ₹50
  • If order amount is greater than (>) ₹500, delivery charge is ₹0


Do you deliver in my area?

Currently we are servicing only the Bengaluru Metropolitan region. You will be intimated via SMS and email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the pickup & dispatch.

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for laundry pickup or delivery. If the order amount is less than ₹250, the delivery charge is ₹75. For orders between ₹250 and ₹499, the delivery charge is ₹50. Orders above ₹500 have no delivery charge.

Do you do express delivery?
No, we don’t do any Express Delivery. Your orders are delivered from up to 24-hours to 6 days from the time you place your order with us.

Under what scenarios are Delivery Charges applied?

A) If the total service cost is below ₹500 excluding convenience or any other fees, delivery charges will apply. For orders classified as "Quick Orders" delivery charges will be assessed based on the total service cost, excluding convenience or any other fees, which is calculated prior to the processing of items.

B) If the application of a coupon reduces the total value of an order to below ₹500, delivery charges will be applied, regardless of the original order value prior to the coupon application.

What are pick up & delivery slots?
Pickup & Delivery slots are time slots during which we will pick up & deliver your order.

We currently offer 4 pickups & delivery slots each day. These are:

  • Slot-1: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM
  • Slot-2: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Slot-3: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Slot-4: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM


Orders picked up in slot 1 will be delivered the next day in slot-1 at the earliest but customer can choose any future slot for delivery up to a maximum of 6 days.

What is a cut-off time and what are the corresponding cut-off timings for each slot?

Cut-Off time is the final time to place an order, for a particular slot. These are mentioned below:

  • Slot-1: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM cut-off is 10:30 PM the previous day
  • Slot-2: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM cut-off is 10:30 PM the previous day
  • Slot-3: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM cut-off is 1 PM the same day
  • Slot-4: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM cut-off is 1 PM the same day

 

Can I add products after the cut off time for a pick up?
Yes, you can add products at the time of pickup at your doorstep and we will include the additional articles given using the Delivery App used by our delivery staff and will modify the order accordingly.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Yes, you can add or remove products at the time of pickup at your door step and we will take care of the changes done and will modify the order accordingly.

How do I check the current status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in your “My Account” section after logging in.

1. What are the types of orders available on LaundryMate?

LaundryMate has 3 modes of placing orders:
a. Place an Order:
This option allows customers to select services and items from our extensive catalogue, so that they can fine tune their orders!

b. Subscription Order:

c. Quick Order:
This option does not require you to select services and items from our catalogue. Simply select a pickup and delivery date, and you've booked your laundry pickup.

 

2. What happens if I need to reschedule my LaundryMate order?
We charge a flat fee for rescheduling an order pickup/delivery if it is being done after the pickup/delivery cut off timing. This fee will be deducted from your LaundryMate Wallet balance.

3. What happens if I need to cancel my LaundryMate order?
We charge a flat fee for canceling an order pickup, if it is being done after the pickup cut off timing. This will be deducted from your LaundryMate Wallet balance.

4. What is 'Convenience fees'?
We charge a flat fee of ₹25 for placing an order through 'Quick Order' mode. This will be deducted from your LaundryMate Wallet balance.

No we are a purely internet based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores.

What do I do if an article is damaged?

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?

radius. We will expand to more areas soon. We are also available offline for walk-in

Sprint is focused on 4 hour turnaround for W&amp;I, Steam Iron &amp; DryClean services in a limited
catchment in Whitefield.

5. How can I place an order with LaundryMate Sprint?
There are two ways to place a Sprint order:
1. Through the LaundryMate App – If you are located within the Whitefield area,

store.

service area but anyone can visit our Sprint Store for walk-in service. If you are outside

10. Do I need to select individual items when placing a Sprint order?

Yes, all app-based Sprint orders include doorstep pickup and delivery, completed within 4
hours.


12. What happens if my address is outside the Sprint coverage area?
If your registered address is outside the Sprint delivery radius, the “Speedy Delivery”
option will not be available. You can still place a standard LaundryMate order.

23. Can I cancel my Sprint order?

  • App orders: Cancellations are allowed only before the pickup executive (CEA) gets

assigned to your order. Once the order is assigned, cancellation is not possible.

  •  Store orders: Cancellations are not allowed.

 

24. What happens if items are damaged or lost?
Our standard LaundryMate garment care policy applies. In case of proven damage or
loss, compensation will be offered as per company policy.


25. Is there a minimum order value or any other restriction for Sprint?
No. There is no minimum order value applicable as of now however there will be delivery
charges basis the order value and will be displayed on the app or communicated at the store. 

Currently maximum of 10 items across services are allowed to be included in a single
Sprint Order. A customer can place multiple Sprint Orders for giving more than 10 items
provided Slots are available for placing orders.


26. Can I combine Sprint and regular LaundryMate services in one order?
No. Sprint orders are processed separately at the LaundryMate Sprint store, to maintain the
4-hour timeline.
