How do I subscribe to Club Ultimate?

Tap on the Club Ultimate icon in the bottom menu of the LaundryMate App, toggle to ClubUltimate. Choose your preferred plan based on the number of pickups you require. Enter your email and select your pickup address. Pick your laundry pickup days and slot (24-hour delivery or pickup with your next delivery for an extra 10% savings). Confirm details and make the payment.

How do automated laundry pickups work?

A new order is automatically generated based on your selected pickup days and slots.

Slot-1: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM the automated order is created at 10:30 PM the previous night

Slot-2: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM the automated order is created at 10:30 PM the previous night

Slot-3: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM the automated order is created at 2:00 PM on the same day

Slot-4: 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM the automated order is created at 2:00 PM on the same day

Do I need to add items to my order manually?

No, you don’t need to! Your automated order will show zero items until we pick up and inspect your laundry. After inspection at our end, you will receive a notification with the final order details including the items and price.
