LaundryMate Sprint is a superfast 4-hour laundry delivery service offering from LaundryMate in a limited catchment in Whitefield. It allows you to have your clothes washed, ironed, or dry-cleaned and returned to you in just 4 hours from order placement on the app.
2. Who owns and operates LaundryMate Sprint?
LaundryMate Sprint is owned and operated by New Age Consumer Services Private Limited, the parent company behind the LaundryMate brand.
3. Where is LaundryMate Sprint available?
Currently, Sprint is operational only in Whitefield, Bengaluru, within a limited delivery radius. We will expand to more areas soon. We are also available offline for walk-inncustomers who can visit our Sprint Store and avail the same 4 hour service and the store address is Shop # 9, Tower 9, Pursuit Of A Radical Rhapsody, Total Environment, ITPL Main Road, Whitefield
4. Is LaundryMate Sprint the same as LaundryMate?
LaundryMate Sprint is a specialized store format under the LaundryMate brand, designed specifically for ultra-fast 4-hour delivery. While LaundryMate offers services across the city, Sprint is focused on 4 hour turnaround for Wash and Iron, Steam Iron, Dry Clean services in a limited catchment in Whitefield.
5. How can I place an order with LaundryMate Sprint?
There are two ways to place a Sprint order:
- Through the LaundryMate App – If you are located within the Whitefield area, toggle to the “Speedy Delivery” option to place your order.
- At the Sprint Store – Walk in, drop off your clothes, and collect them later from the store.

7. What is the turnaround time for LaundryMate Sprint?
All Sprint orders are completed within 4 hours from the time your order is placed on the App for door step pickup or drop-off at the store.
8. Can I use Sprint if I am not in Whitefield?
Currently, doorstep pickup & delivery for Sprint is available only within our Whitefield service area but anyone can visit our Sprint Store for walk-in service. If you are outside this zone, you can still use our door step pickup & delivery for standard LaundryMate services.
9. How does the app ordering process work?
- Open the LaundryMate app.
- If you are within the Whitefield zone, toggle to “Speedy Delivery” (Sprint).
- Select your services and confirm your pickup.
- Our delivery executive will arrive at your doorstep, pick up your clothes, and return them within 4 hours
10. Do I need to select individual items when placing a Sprint order?
Yes, you can choose services (Wash & Iron, Steam Iron, Dry Clean) from the Sprint catalogue in the app.
11. Will Sprint pick up and deliver to my home?
Yes, all app-based Sprint orders include doorstep pickup and delivery, completed within 4 hours.
12. What happens if my address is outside the Sprint coverage area?
If your registered address is outside the Sprint delivery radius, the “Speedy Delivery” option will not be available. You can still place a standard LaundryMate order.
13. Can I place an order directly at the Sprint store?
Yes. You can walk into our Whitefield store, hand over your clothes, and collect them back from the store within 4 hours.
14. Is home delivery available if I place an order at the store?
No. For store walk-in orders, you are required to drop off and pick up your laundry from the store yourself.
15. What services are available for walk-in orders?
All LaundryMate Sprint services – Wash and Iron, Steam Iron, and Dry Clean – are available at the store.

17. What is the exact 4-hour timeline?
- For app orders: The 4-hour countdown begins once your order is placed / confirmed on the app.
- For store orders: The 4-hour countdown begins once you drop off your clothes at the Sprint store.
18. Can I schedule my Sprint order for a later time?
Currently, Sprint is designed for immediate processing only. Scheduled pickups are not available.
19. What happens if my order is delayed beyond 4 hours?
We strive to meet the 4-hour commitment. In rare cases of delays (traffic, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), our support team will notify you immediately.
20. Do you offer a compensation if my order is delayed beyond the 4-hour delivery time?
Currently, we do not offer any compensation if your order is delayed.
20. How much does Sprint cost?
Sprint pricing is based on service type and item category, and can be higher than standard LaundryMate pricing due to express turnaround. Updated rates are always visible in the app or at the store counter.
21. How can I pay for my Sprint order?
- Through the LaundryMate App (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or LM Wallet balance).
- At the store (Card, QR Code / UPI).
22. Can I use LaundryMate coupons or wallet balance for Sprint?
Yes, Sprint accepts eligible coupons and LM Wallet balance unless specifically restricted by coupon terms.
23. Can I cancel my Sprint order?
- App orders: Cancellations are allowed only before the pickup executive (CEA) gets assigned to your order. Once the order is assigned, cancellation is not possible.
- Store orders: Cancellations are not allowed.
24. What happens if items are damaged or lost?
Our standard LaundryMate garment care policy applies. In case of proven damage or loss, compensation will be offered as per company policy.
25. Is there a minimum order value or any other restriction for Sprint?
No. There is no minimum order value applicable as of now however there will be delivery charges basis the order value and will be displayed on the app or communicated at the store.
Currently maximum of 10 items across services are allowed to be included in a single Sprint Order. A customer can place multiple Sprint Orders for giving more than 10 items provided Slots are available for placing orders.
26. Can I combine Sprint and regular LaundryMate services in one order?
No. Sprint orders are processed separately at the LaundryMate Sprint store, to maintain the 4-hour timeline.

28. What are the store timings for Sprint?
The Sprint store operates daily during 8 am to 4 pm for accepting online and walk-in orders and the Orders will be delivered or can be picked-up from the store latest by 8 pm. Orders must be placed within operational timings to be eligible for 4-hour delivery.
